Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for that item.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US public holidays. Busy seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show the first update.

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us through our contact form as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find the parcel, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, message us through our contact form and we will help you sort it out with the carrier.
